* How do I place an order with QBUYS?

Placing an order is easy with QBUYS. All you need to do is to (1) select the product you like/want, (2) add the product(s) to your shopping cart, (3) proceed to checkout, (4) choose your preferred way of payment and then (5) confirm your order.

* Can I choose multiple products in one order?

Yes, you can. If you have ordered multiple products on one order, we will try to ensure they are all delivered together. However, this depends on the type of products ordered because some products are large and are delivered directly from the supplier.

* How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Once the transaction of your placed order is successful, QBUYS will send you an Email confirmation to show the details of the placed order.

* Are there any required documents on delivery to receive my order?

QBUYS will make the delivery to the specified address when you completed the order. Once your order is delivered, the receiver should show his/her identity verification of the Consignee by sighting; either an original QID or Passport.

* Can I cancel my order, before I received it?

Yes, you can. If you want to cancel the order before receiving it, please contact QBUYS customer service team who will be happy to assist you in this matter.

* Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card with QBUYS?

Yes, it is. If you choose a direct payment gateway (online payment) to complete your purchase with QBUYS, then you will be redirected to payment solution page provided by QNB. The solution supports 3-D Secure Visa Authenticated Payment protocol and MasterCard Secure Payment Applications. The gateway also provides secure browser-based access for real time transaction monitoring and reports download. The Payment Gateway is a flexible, scalable solution designed to accommodate the rapidly evolving Internet secure payment environment for businesses.

* Will my contact details be shared with 3rd parties?

QBUYS respects the privacy of the valued customers and do not share any customer details with any third parties unless it is required to complete the service you bought via QBUYS. Like an example: sharing your contact details to vendor to deliver a product to your location.

* How can I pay with QBUYS?

QBUYS supports multiple payment options through credit and debit cards (online or/and on delivery), as well as Cash on delivery. If the delivery is going to be by the Merchant, then the payment must be processed through online payment only.

* Do I receive a receipt for my purchase?

Yes, once you received your ordered product you will receive the receipt and invoice along with it.

* Does QBUYS store any credit/debit card details?

No, credit and debit card details are not stored by QBUYS. QBUYS operates online payment gateway via 3rd party (QNB).

* Where does QBUYS deliver to?

QBUYS delivers across Qatar and covers all areas inside it.

* How is my order will be delivered to my place?

Based on the ordered products:

Small products: will be delivered by QBUYS team

Large products: will be delivered and installed by related vendor

* How much does the delivery cost?

QBUYS' Delivery charges depends on your location and value of order, and is shown in your cart for your convenience. Please review the delivery cost matrix for more information.

* Is it possible to schedule a specific delivery time?

Yes, of course. QBUYS delivers your order latest within 48 hours. However, you can contact our customer service to arrange a suitable time to receive your order.

* Does QBUYS provide shipping orders to outside Qatar?

QBUYS may provide international shipping depend on order details. If you wish to deliver outside Qatar, please contact QBUYS team to help.

* Who do I contact if I wish to return a product?

Our Customer service at QBUYS is available to assist in any query you may have, and they are available from Saturday till Thursday from 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM. However, we request from you to check our policy in Delivery & Returns for more information. In addition, you need to apply for return request on your account with QBUYS.

* What is the timescale available if I wish to return my order?

QBUYS has a 7-day return policy (Terms & Conditions apply) please refer to our policy in Delivery & Returns or you may Contact us for assistance.

* How can I track my order?

By accessing to your account with QBUYS you will be able to track your order at any time.
