All delivered products by QBUYS will be charged as per the following charges based on your location and full amount of order:

All products to be delivered by Vendors are free of delivery charges.


Return & Refund Policy:

QBUYS accepts and displays original authentic brands and products from the top sellers in Qatar to guarantee high quality purchases and make you satisfied with them. However, we at QBUYS will always do our best to take care of our all valuable customers.

There are different circumstances that the customer can return the products to QBUYS:
1- Receiving Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered and received from us is Damaged /Defective/Wrong then you may return the product within 14 days from the date on which the product is delivered to you. To be eligible for a full refund, make sure that the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items.
2- Return product for just change of mind
In case you changed your mind after receiving your order, you may apply for return the product within the return allowed period (14 days) after receiving the product. Same request will be handled to the Merchant for approval before proceeding.
In this case, the delivery cost will be charged to the customer. And in case the purchased order was delivered for free, an extra delivery cost will be charged to customer.

Channels for return
1.    Contact QBUYS: You can apply for return item(s) thru your account on QBUYS. Please share photo and video of the product (if required/requested), and to also mention your order number, and send it to and QBUYS will handle your request with the related Merchant
2.    Contact Merchant: you may escalate the issue directly to the Merchant within the allowed return period

When ‘Returns’ are not possible:
1.    Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
2.    Specific categories like lingerie, Beauty products, perfumes, socks, freebies, Heavy Furniture & Electronics, Jewelry & Accessories.
3.    Products that are missing anything from the package you've received like price tags, labels, original packing, free gifts items and accessories.

If you already own one of the products you bought from QBUYS, the Merchant is the best source for troubleshooting. Please contact them at the number listed in Merchant Details.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, and then handle your request to the related Merchant. If your return is approved by the related Merchant, then your refund will be processed to your QBUYS account as in Store Credit, which can be used in your next purchase.
